Adverts are submitted to Monkeytree Web for inclusion in the Seek Network under the following terms and conditions;
  1. By advertising an item for sale on the Seek Network, the advertiser deems that he/she has the legal right to sell the item.
  2. The sale is between the vendor and the purchaser. Monkeytree Web acts purely to advertise the item and takes no involvement in the sale whatsoever.
  3. If advertising a house or other property, it is the responsibility of the vendor to arrange the HIP if required and this is done at the vendor's expense.
  4. Monkeytree Web accepts advertisement requests from both private individuals and businesses.
  5. Monkeytree Web does not guarantee that any article advertised on the Seek Network will be sold.
  6. The advertisement will remain online until such time as we are informed that the item is no longer available for sale.
  7. The vendor must inform Monkeytree Web either by telephone or by email when the article is no longer available for sale whether sold by means of this advertisement or otherwise.
  8. Monkeytree Web reserves the right to refuse any advert for any reason it sees fit. In this event any monies paid will be refunded in full.
  9. If payment is made by cheque, the advertisement will not be placed online until the cheque has cleared.
  10. Monkeytree Web reserves the right to amend the text, spelling, length, grammar and presentation of any advertisement as it sees fit.
  11. Once the advertisement has appeared online, no refunds will be made of any monies paid, other than in the case of number 8 above.
