The advert will stay listed until you ask us to take it down and will include 3 listings;

• One on the Seek site of your choice, eg Seek Southwest
• One on a town page such as Plymouth
• One on Seek the UK.

All property ads consist of an ad with a small photo on the main property page plus a full page ad with three larger photos and a full description.

This will then take you to our payment page where you can pay online using a debit or credit card.
Once you've completed this, please email us your required photos. These can be a main front view plus two interior views, or garden views, or whatever combination you prefer. Your ad will then be put up within two working days.

N.B. Sellers Packs:
It is the responsibility of the Seller to arrange for the production of a Home Information Pack (HIP). It is a legal requirement that sellers have a HIP prepared before their property is put on the market. If the property is being sold through an estate agent, the agent will usually prepare the pack and add the cost onto the final bill. Anybody selling their property privately must make arrangements to buy their HIP from elsewhere. From 2nd Sugust 2007, the need for a HIP has been reduced to those houses with four bedrooms or more.
