All sites are submitted to Monkeytree Web for inclusion in the Seek Network under the following terms and conditions;
  1. The URL(s) submitted shall be specifically related to the region for which it is submitted, or shall have a specific section, and all such URLs shall be of a socially acceptable nature and shall not themselves link to any URL not of a socially acceptable nature.
  2. Monkeytree Web will usually place the URL link in the category / sub-category of your choice. However, the pages on which the URL appears, and the positions of the URL within such pages, is totally at the discretion of Monkeytree Web, and Monkeytree Web reserves the right to rotate or move the position of any entry.
  3. A free entry in a relevant city or town page will be made for each entry.
  4. The title and description for the URL will be taken from the submitted forms or the site's metatags. If neither of the foregoing are available, Monkeytree Web reserves the right to formulate suitable titles and descriptions from the context of the site.
  5. Monkeytree Web reserves the right to amend any title, description, image sizes etc. as it sees fit.
  6. Monkeytree Web cannot guarantee the uptime of the site. The site is hosted by Fasthosts and uptime is a matter outside our control. However, we enjoy an extremely good uptime rate, most weeks being 100%.
  7. A small image or icon, at a size determined by Monkeytree Web, providing a further direct link to your URL, can be included in any entry.
  8. Monkeytree Web should be informed of any change in the URL, for example from .com to .co.uk, and any changes in the title or description. Such changes must relate to the original website. A new URL must point to the same website as the original URL. Also, we should be informed if the URL is removed.
  9. Monkeytree Web is unable to predict how long we will be trading but have no plans to close the site in the foreseeable future.
  10. All sites listed are listed without obligation by either the submiter of Monkeytree Web
  11. All sites are submitted to Monkeytree Web under the terms and conditions numbers 1-10 above and including this condition number 11.
